Wellness Fitness Assessments
ALL health and fitness assessments are now taking place at the LECOM Student Center: 5761 Peach Street. As of Saturday, November 15, 2008- students NO longer have the ability to schedule an assessment on-line. Anyone who still needs to schedule an assessment should call the LECOM Medical Fitness & Wellness Center Temporary Office at 868-7800. Health History Questionnaires and Physician’s Clearance forms must be completed prior to your assessment and can be obtained on-line at http://www.lecomsga.com/schedule/
